之前聊過，孩子哭的時候，要先抱住，安撫情緒，然後再“講道理”。這個道理呢不是隨意發揮的，需要有技巧性。比較推薦分段式引導，拋磚引玉，選幾個日常生活中場景的場景，讓大家感受下。
第一個場景
孩子自己調皮，摔著了（磕碰了），然後哇哇哭。先抱著哄哄，哄好了之後，孩子冷靜下來了，開始對話：
寶寶哭了，為什麼？
因為摔疼了。
為什麼摔了？
因為不仔細看路。
以後好好看路，就不會摔了，也就不會疼了，對不對？
第二個場景：
孩子從小就會看眼色行事，在誰面前能撒潑，在誰面前不能撒潑，他們都瞭然於心。但孩子不能不管教，有的時候，態度稍微嚴厲，他就要哭，先安撫好情緒，然後進行如下對話：
寶寶哭了，為什麼？
因為媽媽兇你了。
媽媽為什麼兇你？
因為寶寶不好好吃飯，一邊吃一邊玩，很危險。
以後寶寶好好吃飯，媽媽就不會兇寶寶，寶寶也不會哭了，對不對？
第三個場景
出去玩，人多的時候，大孩子不小心撞了小孩子，或者，孩子欺負孩子，那很常見，這也沒什麼可多說的，但需要讓寶寶明白怎麼處理被欺負後的情緒。可以進行如下對話：
寶寶哭了，為什麼呢？
因為被大姐姐撞了，很疼。
小妹妹有沒有撞寶寶呢？
沒有。
寶寶現在和小妹妹玩，應該繼續哭麼？
不應該。
因為小妹妹沒傷到寶寶，如果寶寶還哭，小妹妹會覺得很奇怪的。
第四個場景
小寶寶啊，沒有情緒包袱，一刻哭，一刻笑。他哭的時候，讓他知道自己為什麼哭，但他笑的時候也要知道自己為什麼笑。可以進行如下對話：
寶寶哭了，為什麼呢？
因為寶寶不想睡午覺，只想玩。
如果再玩十分鐘，寶寶會開心麼？
會，一玩就開心了，那就玩一會吧。
十分鐘到了，該睡覺了，現在是開心還是不開心呢？
不開心，因為不想睡覺。
沒事，睡醒了就又開心了。
有的時候開心，有的時候不開心。
沒有人可以一直開心，也沒有人可以一直不開心，對不對？
親子游戲：
今天和寶寶做個小遊戲。需要準備一個細口瓶（比如礦泉水瓶），然後準備一個能扔進去的能浮在水上的小球（比如紙球外表粘一層膠布），水適量。
可以進行如下對話：
Here is a bottle。
Here is a ball。
Let‘s fill the bottle with some water。
Make the bottle half full。
Ok。Now let’s drop the ball in the bottle。
Does it sink？
No。The ball doesn‘t sink to the bottom of the bottle。
Instead，it floats in the water。
Look，it stays on the surface of the water。
Could baby get the ball out？
Have a try。
How could baby get it out？
Think as hard as you can。
Oh。
Baby wants to pour it out。
That’s a good idea。
Here is a basin。
Baby can pour it out in the basin。
Well done。
Now baby has poured all the water out and the ball comes out。
Baby gets it。
Good job。
Let‘s fill the bottle with some water。
Then put the ball in。
The ball floats。
Could baby think of another way to get the ball out？
Oh，baby wants to pour it out again。
That’s ok。
But we have already done that。
Let‘s try some other way。
Stretch your finger inside the bottle。
Then catch the ball。
Could baby reach the ball？
No，baby can not。
Oh，please don’t get fussy。
Baby couldn‘t get the ball out。
Let’s think。
The ball is on the surface of the water。
If we add more water，what will happen？
Let‘s see。
The ball goes up as the water rises。
Let’s add more and more water in the bottle。
Now the ball gets as high as the opening。
Could baby get it？
Yes。
When we keep adding water in the bottle，the ball goes out of the bottle together with the water。
Because the water overflows the bottle。
This way，baby can easily get the ball out。

注意：球一定要比瓶口小，當水溢位的時候，球能隨之溢位而不被卡住。
