China‘s National Radio and Television Administration published a draft regulation on Tuesday that includes an article limiting the broadcast of programs featuring entertainers who have committed illegal or immoral acts。
週二，中國國家廣播電視總局釋出了一份條例草案，其中包括限制播出有違法、不道德行為的藝人表演的節目的條款。
The move has been applauded by Chinese netizens， who have lamented the frequency of recent scandals involving Chinese entertainers， such as Zheng Shuang’s surrogacy scandal。
此舉受到了中國網民的稱讚，他們對最近頻頻發生的涉及中國藝人的醜聞表示遺憾，比如鄭爽的代孕醜聞。
“Concerning producers and performers on radio and TV programs who cause bad social influence by violate laws and regulations， related authorities can limit the broadcast of programs featuring these entertainers，” the 32nd article of the draft regulation says。
條例草案第32條規定：“廣播電視節目主創人員因違反相關法律、法規而造成不良社會影響的，有關部門可以對相關節目的播放予以必要的限制。”
Many Chinese netizens noticed the article and expressed approval for it， saying that the draft regulation should be implemented as soon as possible。

The related hashtag has earned more than 250 million views as of Wednesday afternoon on China‘s Twitter-like Sina Weibo。
