北京首寰文化旅遊投資有限公司經北京市政府批准設立，主要支援北京環球度假區的投資、開發、運營及管理。其由五家北京市國有企業共同所有，包括中國最大的旅遊企業之一——北京首旅集團。
環球主題公園及度假區是康卡斯特NBC環球的下屬業務板塊，為世界各地的遊客提供沉浸式、主體化的娛樂體驗。環球主題公園以沉浸式體驗著稱，基於電影和電視打造出驚險刺激、技術領先的景點。各年齡段的遊客都可以與喜愛的人物形象一同冒險，在娛樂中暢享知名品牌。環球主題公園及度假區目前擁有並運營好萊塢環球影城、奧蘭多環球度假區和日本環球影城，並透過許可協議授權經營新加坡環球影城。

Major Responsibilities:
1。 Fully understand all UBR business model‘s revenue recognition policy in US/PRC GAAP， ensure all revenue recognized in accordance with company policy and SOP from financial reporting perspective；
2。 Focus on the B2B business accounting and settlement report issuance， such as sales by agent channel and special event for client；
3。 Familiarize with operation and finance system functions and data flow processes， timely escalate and deal with system anomaly；
4。 Participate in monthly/quarterly/year end closing works， cooperate with other team members to ensure an accurate completion in time；
5。 Other ad hoc tasks based on the assignments。
B
Qualifications:
1。 Three to five years working experiences in multinational enterprise；
2。 Finance related work experiences， AR and revenue position is preferred；
3。 Familiar with both PRC GAAP and US GAAP；
4。 Proficient with Microsoft Office， preferable experience with SAP；
5. CPA, ACCA, or Medium Level Accountant is preferred；
6。Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset；
7。Self-motivated and independent and proactive；
8。English can be used as working language。
