其實,可以想得到的,能夠成為高端面試官,一定是掌握資源的、有自己的思想和準確需求的人。適當的緊張有助於我們提高注意力,但是過度就會影響我們的正常發揮。為了適度減輕面試的壓力,可以想象,面試官都是友好的,我們彼此需要,彼此尊重。可以想象自己面試那一天應該著什麼風格的裝,會讓彼此都舒適和自在。時刻面帶微笑,就像空姐咬筷子練習一樣,微笑能讓自己保持一個開心的狀態。我們還能夠想象面試官會非常友好,不會刻意為難我們,大家都會度過一個愉快的交流時光,共同探討達成一些共識。想到這裡,面試的壓力是不是沒有之前那麼大了。

同時,我們還是要做客觀的分析和充分的準備。分析理解面試官的需求,用心理解他們的真實需求。也要剖析我們自己所擁有的優勢,那些是我們具備而別人不具備的。為什麼選擇我而不選擇別人?我們可以模擬面試官把可能問的問題全部羅列出來,至少二十個起步。結合自己的優勢和特點,然後一個一個地模擬回答。接著,把這些問題結合面試官的需求,從重要到不重要排序。最後還要練習,練習到脫口而出,練習到從容自如地展示。
